We process all orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our eco-friendly shipping partner.

Track your order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the shipping details. You can track your order via the link in that email or through our Track Order page.

Delayed or undelivered orders

If your order hasn’t arrived 15 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@tryharlow.co.uk. We’ll be happy to help and make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
