We offer a 60-day risk-free trial on all Harlow orders. Not completely satisfied? You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.


Return conditions:

  • Returns are possible for all orders.

  • Did you use a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion? Then both items must be returned unused with the original tags.

  • Items must be unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be approved by our customer service before you ship them.

How to request a return:

  • Send an email to info@tryharlow.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

  • Wait for our response. We will review your request and let you know if a return is possible.

  • If your return is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or incorrect items

Did your item arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the issue (preferably on a flat surface with the label and defect visible).

Canceling your order

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
